I was told I had to post this because Jamie “had nothing to do with writing it.” I’m not sure what that means because again we pretty much had this conversation in reverse, but I figured I’d spin it into sort of a joke. WoW and I have a love/hate relationship, and usually I quit for a variety of reasons, but mostly because my posse doesn’t roll as deep there as it does everywhere else. Matchmaking is wonderful because it makes this not matter. I can queue up a group of random assholes, from other servers even, to do whatever I need. I may get a character to level 80 this time around. And then what? Then, world, I shall crush those who have wronged me. Jamie should be back next week. Laters.
Honestly, I was reworking some of the character designs because for some reason I’m intent on keeping these bastards looking like us, and in eight months I changed my hair a little. Also trying to figure out whether it’s better to ink the thing manually or in the photoshops. Damn my indecision. Also, Jamie’s lobbing around ideas. So yes. Please believe us.
I’m thinking I might reboot here. Hmm. Summer comin’ on. More forthcoming.
I’m totally making Jamie write a comic, and by that, I mean I am dragging him kicking and screaming so that when I get my new computer set up I’ll have something cool to do with it. *bam* There is some time now.
So it turns out having all this school shit going on is going to interfere with the comic for a while. I graduate in May, so that’s a short-term problem, and it gives me some time to work on the art-style, as I’m not really satisfied with what’s going on. It’s also going to give Jamie some time to work up some more sources for gags, which will be good, because sometimes we come up dry. I didn’t want to do it, but oh well. Sorry dudes, we’re officially on hiatus.
We’ll be back next week, folks. I’m just getting back into my last semester at UK and I needed a little extra time to put some homework in order. Laters, all.
